Canadian Ambassador to Russia John Kur completed his mission in Moscow.

This information was first reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on July 31, 2018, on the occasion of Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov’s farewell meeting with the Canadian Ambassador. According to La Presse Canadienne with a reference to Global Affairs Canada, John Kur left Russia where he has headed Canada’s diplomatic mission since 2013 due to a standard practice of rotation.
